Compass Basics for Onboarding

Let’s set up your Compass Wallet, which is a requirement to transact on the Compass platform, order signs in Sign Center, purchase digital ads, and pay invoices for things like E&O. Agents are required to store a credit card on file. It is a standard brokerage procedure. National Agent Manual: (Section 12: Credit Cards)

Business Tracker

CRM, or Contacts as it’s shown as on Agent Home, holds all of your contacts in one place, using easy-to-follow steps and automatic tools, and guides you to master daily, weekly, monthly, and event-specific contact plans that keep you front and center in your clients' minds. In CRM, you can:

  • Upload and organize your contacts

  • Create ‘Action Plans’ which reminds you to complete designated tasks for a listing or a client

  • Send one communication to multiple contacts using Bulk Email

  • Never forget a client's anniversary, birthday, or milestone again!

Marketing Center is your one-stop-shop for creating all your personal brand and listing collateral. You can create:

  • Listing Presentations

Impersonating your principal agent

If requested by your principal, you can gain access to their Compass account without their password. This will let you bypass the need for One Login authentication and see exactly what they see on Compass.com.

AI at Compass

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is becoming more of a necessity in businesses than ever before. Compass is continuing to further integrate AI into the tools our agents use to keep your businesses running efficiently, allowing you to spend more time interacting with clients. Compass uses AI in several tools, including Likely to Sell. Likely to Sell analyzes and compares your contacts’ home addresses to recent sales in their neighborhood. If there are recent comparable sales, you’ll get a Likely to Sell notification to reach out to this client notifying them of their new property value.
