Impersonating your principal agent
If requested by your principal, you can gain access to their Compass account without their password. Please keep in mind that they will need to provide access to you before you can access their account. They can do so by using the following steps:
Log in to your Compass.com Account
Click your name on the bottom of the side navigation bar
Click Impersonate
Click Give Permission
Type in the agent's name and click to confirm
Click Give Permission again
Once your principal has granted you permission, you can access their account by following these instructions:
Log in to your Compass.com Account
Click your name on the bottom of the side navigation bar
Click Impersonate
If an agent has given you permission, you will see their name listed
Click Switch account
Once you are finished, click Stop on the red bar to revert back to your own account.
