If requested by your principal, you can gain access to their Compass account without their password. This will let you bypass the need for One Login authentication and see exactly what they see on Compass.com.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is becoming more of a necessity in businesses than ever before. Compass is continuing to further integrate AI into the tools our agents use to keep your businesses running efficiently, allowing you to spend more time interacting with clients. Compass uses AI in several tools, including Likely to Sell. Likely to Sell analyzes and compares your contacts’ home addresses to recent sales in their neighborhood. If there are recent comparable sales, you’ll get a Likely to Sell notification to reach out to this client notifying them of their new property value.

Market Watch + Saved Search

Private Exclusives are an exclusive way for Compass agents to generate pre-market excitement for your client’s home. The best way to keep track of this exclusive inventory in your area is by creating a personal Market Watch for them and a Saved Search for you. We encourage you to follow the steps in the video on the left to set up your own personal Market Watch for Private Exclusives and the Academy video below to learn how to create a Saved Search!

While you are preparing the listing for the public market, you list it as a Private Exclusive on Compass so that we can begin to build demand for the property. Private Exclusive means that the general public will not be able to see the photos or floor plans of your home since it will only be viewable to Compass agents.
